Myostat Motion Control offers a wide range of gears from KG and Reliance Precision Mechatronics. Materials range from brass and Peak polymer to Stainless steel and Aluminum alloy, with accuracies to ISO Class 3.

Brass Gears
Brass gears for less demanding applications with small quantities (up to 10) available from stock, larger volumes available to order. Accuracy to ISO class 9/10 provides a very economic balance of accuracy and load capacity against cost.

Fine Pitch Ground Gears
Fine pitch ground gears down to 0.5 module accurate to ISO class 9/10 provide accuracy whilst being capable of transmitting higher torques. With selected parts available from stock and a quick interface modification service RPM can tailor items quickly to suit additional interface requirements.

Precision Cut Gears
Precision cut gears are available in both stainless steel and aluminum alloy designed specifically for applications requiring high accuracy and long life with low torque transmission capability. Specially designed two piece antibacklash gears provide high reliability in conjunction with zero backlash.

Precision bevel gears - 0.5, 0.8 Mod, 6- 8mm Bore

Mitre bevel gears - 0.8, 1.0 Mod

Mitre bevel gears with integral clamp - 0.8,1.0,1.5 Mod

Standard bevel gears - 0.8,1.0 Mod
