Quantity: 50, 000MT Minimum

Incoterms:
- FOB Barge
- FOB Vessel
- CFR/ CNF China Main Port
- CIF China Main Port

Payment:
- Cash
- LC 100% at Sight paid at Loading Port.
- LC 95% at Sight paid at Loading Port, 5% paid at Discharge Port.
- LC 100% at Sight paid at Discharge Port.

LC must be NON-TRANSFERABLE.
LC must be issued through the International Prime Bank.

Performance Bond:
2% of LC Value, which will be issued after Seller' s Bank receives Buyer' s Bank Acceptance of Payment.
