ADHESION
Flintkote Ultra adheres tightly and permanently to the substrate forming a continuous water barrier. the total substrate adhesion also prevents lateral water migration underneath the membrane.

SEAMLESS
Flintkote Ultra forms a homogenous, seamless and flexible waterproof barrier without joints on substrates of different shapes.

WATER - BASED FORMULATION
Flintkote Ultra will not release any harmful vapour. thus it is safe for use aven in poorly ventilated areas.

CRACK SEALING
Flintkote Ultra can seal any hairline crack in the substrate.

HEAT RESISTANT
Once cured, Flintkote Ultra will not flow or sag at elevated temperatures, evenon vertical surfaces

CHEMICAL RESISTANT
Flintkote Ultra is resistant to water alcohol, most salt solutions and same dilute acids and akalis.

WATER VAPOUR PERMEABLE
Although cured flintkote Ultra Film is waterproof, it has a reasonalble level of permeability to water vapour. It allows water vapour to escape from the substrate
